Inauguration of Administrator/Functional Officials, Oath of Civil Servants, and Signing of Performan

Tuesday, January 24, 2023, the Head of BPS Gorontalo Province, Mukhamad Mukhanif, inaugurated administrator and functional officials within BPS Gorontalo Province. Three functional officials and one administrator official were directly inaugurated by Hanif to carry out the mandate in their new positions.

A new face filled the position of Head of Gorontalo City BPS. The position is now held by Sri Dewi Monoarfa who previously served as a Junior Expert Statistician at BPS Cirebon City. Hanif hopes that with experience and various achievements in her previous workplace, Dewi can contribute ideas to advance statistics and bureaucratic reform within BPS Gorontalo City. Hanif also inaugurated Functional Officials, one person was the first functional appointment from the Transfer of Other Positions (PJL) path, and two others were appointed as Junior Expert Statistics.

Furthermore, the Oath Taking of Civil Servants. Hanif said that the newly sworn civil servants should always uphold the oath that has been sworn in providing services to the community, and always produce quality data in every activity implementation in their respective work units.

This activity was coupled with the signing of the 2023 Performance Agreement by the Head of the General Section and all Heads of Districts / Cities in Gorontalo Province in front of the head of BPS Gorontalo Province and witnessed by all inauguration participants. This is done as a tangible manifestation of commitment between the recipient and the giver of the mandate. The performance agreement is expected to be a benchmark for work unit performance and a basis for evaluating planned activities.
