Focus Group Discussion on Public Service Standards of BPS Gorontalo Province 2023

As mandated in Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, every public service provider, both those that provide services to the public directly or indirectly, must compile, establish, and implement Service Standards for each type of service as a benchmark for efforts to improve public services.

For this reason, Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at the Gorontalo Province BPS office hall, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Public Service Standards within the Gorontalo Province BPS was held. The event was opened directly by Mrs. Dwi Alwi Astuti as the Head of the General Section and presented a resource person from the Head of Ombudsman, Alim S. Niode. This activity was attended by representatives from mass media (Antara News), academics (Kaprodi Statistika UNG), representatives of data users (Agen Statistik), representatives of mass organizations (Wire G), and BPS public service teams throughout Gorontalo Province.

This FGD activity aims to improve the quality and performance of public services within BPS Gorontalo Province in providing services to the public or data users. BPS Gorontalo Province continues to be committed to providing the best service to data users.
