Capacity Building Administration

BPS Province held an Administrative Capacity Building for 2 days from March 15 to 16, 2023 which was attended by the Head of the General Subdivision, budget managers (Commitment Maker Officials, Goods and Services Procurement Officers and expenditure treasurers) and BPS satker operators in Gorontalo Province. This activity aims to increase the capacity of human resources involved in the administrative field.

In his remarks delivered at the opening, the Head of the General Section, Dwi Alwi Astuti said that increasing the capacity of human resources is a must both in technical and administrative terms. Every employee is required to improve competence in order to realize the availability of quality human resources in their field of work.

In this activity, materials related to planning, procurement of goods and services, budget implementation, archives, management of state property, human resource management, Back Office Selindo (BOS) system, and implementation of SAKIP were presented. This activity will be carried out on an ongoing basis to ensure the administration team gets the latest updates on regulations and information related to administration.
