Abstract

Consumer Tendency Index of Gorontalo Province in quarter IV-2017 amounted to 109.78. This value illustrates that the consumer economic condition in Gorontalo in the fourth quarter of 2017 increased from the previous quarter, as reflected by its value of ITK is above 100. However, the level of consumer optimism in this quarter is lower than the previous quarter which was 110.89.
Consumer Tendency Index of Gorontalo Province in first quarter of 2018 is estimated at 103.00, which means that consumer economic condition is expected to increase with lower level of optimism.
Consumer Tendency Index of Gorontalo Province quarter IV-2017 is above the national average (107.00) and stand in the second rank after North Sulawesi (110.97). While Southeast Sulawesi, although showing the value of ITK which is also above 100, occupies the last position in the region of Sulawesi with a value of 103.09 ITK.
