Abstract

Economy of Gorontalo in 2024 which calculated based on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices at IDR 54,555 billion and GRDP per capita at IDR 44.43 million or US$ 2,803.48.
Economy of Gorontalo in 2024 grew by 4.13 percent, lower than in 2023 which experienced a growth of 4.50 percent. In Production Sectors, the highest growth occurred in the Wholesale and Retail Trade Business Sector, and Car and Motorcycle Repair at 7.48 percent. In expenditure sectors, the Non-Profit Institution Consumption Expenditure Component experienced the highest growth of 9.24 percent.
Economy of Gorontalo in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the fourth quarter of 2023 experienced a growth of 4.44 percent (y-on-y). In Production Sectors, the Construction Business Sector experienced the highest growth of 7.34 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure sectors, Export of Goods and Services experienced the highest growth of 11.65 percent.
Economy in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the previous quarter (q-to-q) experienced a growth of 0.91 percent. From the production sectors, the Accommodation and Food and Beverage Provision Business Field experienced the highest growth of 3.13 percent. Meanwhile, from the expenditure sectors, Government Consumption Expenditure experienced the highest growth of 33.46 percent
