Abstract

  • March 2025 Gorontalo Province had Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation of 1.76 percent. Gorontalo Municipality had Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation of 0.80 percent and Gorontalo Regency had Year on Year (y-on-y) inflation of 2.56 percent.
  • Gorontalo Province's y-on-y inflation occurred due to an increase in prices indicated by an increase in the index in eight expenditure groups, namely the food, beverage, and tobacco group by 5.25 percent; clothing and footwear group by 1.47 percent; health group by 1.00 percent; transportation group by 0.55 percent; recreation, sports, and culture group by 0.85 percent; education group by 0.55 percent; food and beverage/restaurant provision group by 1.52 percent; and personal care and other services group by 4.27 percent.
  • In March 2025, Gorontalo Province had month-to-month (m-to-m) inflation of 2.88 percent and year-to-date (y-to-d) inflation of 1.29 percent.
