Abstract

In May 2019 the prices of various commodities in Gorontalo City generally showed an increase in prices. This is indicated by the increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) from 129.92 in April 2019 to 132.05 in May 2019 or inflation of 1.64 percent. The 2019 calendar year inflation rate is 1.73 percent and inflation "year on year" (May 2019 against May 2018) is 3.14 percent.
