Statistics of Hotel and Other Accomodations of Gorontalo Province 2018

Demand for the availability of tourism facilities is growing not only in quantity but also the quality of the facilities available in line with the development of the community's economy. Therefore, the increasing movement of people between Provinces and Provincial Provinces needs to be balanced with an increase in the supply of hotel rooms so that there is no gap between the demand and supply of hotel / accommodation rooms. Increasing the availability of hotel rooms must also be accompanied by an increase in quality, facilities provided by the hotel and an increase in the quality of service from employees.
Efforts to improve the quality of the hotel and other accommodation business fields require a correct information about the condition, existence and development which is reflected in several indicators of the development of hospitality / other accommodation. These indicators include Hotel Room Occupancy Rate, Bed Usage Rate, Average Length of Guest Stay, Comparison of Foreign and Domestic Guests and Double Room Occupancy Rate.
In line with the development of the world of tourism, especially hotel management, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Gorontalo Province is required to provide various information about the condition of hospitality and other indicators of hotel / accommodation development. In this regard, the Gorontalo Province BPS wishes to present information specifically on the condition of the hotel world in Gorontalo Province in a compilation of Hospitality Statistics of Gorontalo Province.
