Welfare Statistics of Gorontalo Province 2019

In the era of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Big Data, and Nawacita, information on development achievements is the main data source for policy makers in planning development. Data on socioeconomic conditions are needed to provide a picture of development achievements and can also be used by policy makers to evaluate development programs. Data related to the needs of community life such as clothing, food, shelter, education, health, safety, and employment opportunities are needed to determine how far the achievement of development results reaches all levels of society.


In an effort to provide quality, complete, accurate, and up-to-date statistical information, the Gorontalo Central Statistics Agency compiled the publication "2019 Gorontalo Provincial People's Welfare Statistics" and presented it to the district / city level. The publication of the Gorontalo Province People's Welfare Statistics 2019 is the result of data collection through the March 2019 Susenas Core questionnaire (VSEN2019.K List) conducted in all regions of Indonesia including all districts / cities in Gorontalo Province. This publication is presented in the form of a percentage of a population disaggregated by district / city so that data users can find out differences in levels of welfare between regions. Some data are also divided according to gender to meet the needs of gender gap analysis.
