Abstract

Construction Expensiveness Index is a price index that describes the level of construction costs in a district/municipality compared to the reference city, namely Makassar Municipality. The reference city is selected by considering the index value of a city which is close to the national average index, the completeness of the data, and the Municipaliti's position in trade routes. This publication is presented for 6 districts and 1 municipality.
