Construction Expensiveness Index of Gorontalo Province 2024

Construction Expensiveness Index of Gorontalo Province 2024 is a price index that describes the level of construction costs in a district/city compared to a reference city, namely Banjarmasin City. The reference city was selected by considering the index value of a city that is close to the national average index, completeness of data, and the position of the city in trade routes. The CCI in this publication is presented for 5 districts and 1 city. The calculation of the 2024 CCI was obtained from the results of the Construction Cost Price Survey (SHKK) which was carried out in the third and fourth quarters of 2023 and the first and second quarters of 2024. This survey collected data on material prices, heavy equipment rental, and construction service wages. The calculation of the CCI weighing diagram uses data from the Bill of Quantity (BoQ), the Unit Price Analysis Book of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, and data on the realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). The 2024 CCI is one of the main components used to calculate the General Allocation Fund for the 2025 Fiscal Year.
